What is the KASON-TLS?

The KASON-TLS is a touch screen automatic spring tensile and compression testing machine. It measures the load of a coil spring at a given deformation, and the deformation at a given load.

Which standards does it meet?

JB/T 7796-2005 (Tension and compression spring testing machines), JJF 1134-2005 (Calibration specification for special working measuring machines) and GB/T 13634 (Calibration of dynamometers for testing on testing machines).

What capacities are available?

Five models cover 50 N to 500 N: TLS-T50, TLS-T100, TLS-T200, TLS-T300 and TLS-T500. Machine grade is Class 1, with 0.1 N load resolution and ±1.0% test force accuracy.

How is it controlled?

A 7-inch industrial touch screen drives test speeds from 0.01 to 500 mm/min. Displacement resolution is 0.001 mm, test space is 300 mm, and results are collected, saved, queried and printed automatically. Load and travel are double-protected.
